The analisys on the case show how the component is well design from a technical stand point.
The maximum stresses are concentrated in the proximity of the attachment of the flap with the frontal case's face, on the contact surface between spring and back face of the case and on the area sorrounding the fillet between the upper face of the case and the screw housing. In all configuration the maximum stress was well under the maximum stress threshold.
