In 2004, he graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a thesis on “Procedures development for the integration of 3D input devices in Unigraphics NX3 CAD System” analysing the integration of 3D input system in commercial CAD environment. Since 2005 he has been working in the KAEMaRT Research Group at Politecnico di Milano, conducting research activities for the creation of Virtual and Augmented environment for product development. He collaborates in research projects, as the national PRIN 2006 PUODARSI and MIUR-FIRB PROGIMM, also contributing to the coordination of the whole project . Since 2008, he is assistant professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Politecnico di Milano. In 2009, he took the PhD degree in Virtual Prototyping and Real Products at Politecnico di Milano with a thesis entitled: "Industrial product development using Mixed Prototyping".
